Appointment Terms

Effective 22 October 2026. These terms apply to online and in-clinic appointment requests with Ayurveda Healing Tree.

Request and confirmation

Submitting the form requests an appointment. The appointment is confirmed only after the clinic confirms it. All appointment times are in Indian Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata). Please provide accurate patient and contact details. A parent, guardian or authorised carer may book on the patient’s behalf.

Changes and cancellations

You may contact the clinic to request a change or cancellation. Please give as much notice as possible. The clinic may need to change or cancel an appointment because of practitioner availability or other operational circumstances. We will contact you using your booking contact details and discuss an alternative where available. Any applicable consultation charges and payment arrangements will be explained separately before payment; this booking form does not collect payment.

Appointment messages

The clinic uses your supplied contact details to arrange your requested consultation. Email and WhatsApp updates are sent according to the choices you make on the form. Those choices cover appointment confirmations, changes, cancellations and information relating to your consultation or follow-up, not promotional offers. You may withdraw optional communication consent by contacting the clinic. Automated WhatsApp delivery depends on service availability and your WhatsApp account. Reply STOP to stop future automated WhatsApp updates, or contact the clinic. Messages may already be in transit when consent is withdrawn.

Calendar and reminders

Calendar connection is optional and is not required to book. Accepting these terms does not give access to your calendar. When available, Google will separately ask your permission to create an Ayurveda Healing Tree calendar and manage events in calendars created by this app. A confirmed appointment can then be added, changed or removed in that calendar. We do not request access to read your other calendars. Your device, Google account and notification settings determine whether the event appears and alerts sound. Email calendar invitations may need to be accepted. Changing or deleting an event in your calendar does not cancel your clinic appointment; contact the clinic to change the booking.
